Staff do not know their own menu for what goes on items. When I asked a question about an item another employee got on a head set and yelled at me. Needless to say I did not place my order, this was Saturday 8-13-23 around 11:15. The weekday early morning crew is awesome! This guy needs to get retrained by the good crew

I wish I could give a better review, but I went to Tim Hortons on Gratiot in Marysville with a blind friend who can’t drive, around 9pm on 6/27/23 hoping to order some food, walked in the lobby, and was told the lobby was closed and to go to the drive through, but when I pulled around to the drive through, that was closed too. The menu was off and closed for the night . The posted hours says Tim’s is open till 10pm, so I was highly disappointed.

Had to wait more than 30 minutes for our food, went up to the counter just to find out the order never popped up on their screen. The Sprite tasted somewhat watered down and when the food was eventually delivered, I did not get the side that comes with every meal so we practically donated more than 2 dollars to them. The food was alright but the amount of effort it took for us to get it was phenomenally ridiculous.

I go to this location every morning during the week and lately been very disappointed with them not opening on time, last week stayed at the speaker for over 10 minutes waiting thinking maybe they were just running behind and nothing not even the courtesy to let waiting customers know they are going to be late opening. Thank God for the Tim Hortons on 24th, seems like I find myself rushing there more and more cuz Marysville don’t open when they are supposed to. Very disappointing cuz I like that location and staff is usually very friendly.

I love this place always has great food and amazing service. I went there today for a large triple triple and this beautiful lady Tiffany I believe her name is was just the absolute sweetest person. You can tell by the way she talks and her accent she was raised correctly she called me ma’am and everything. Keep up the good work Tim Hortons.!
