The iced Capp I ordered was delicious and done as soon as I pulled up to the window. The workers were quick. Only thing I wish was that the location was more easily accessible- you can’t turn left onto it from Nine Mile, and the other entrance through CVS was blocked by traffic.

This location needs a leadership upgrade, the mumbling when trying to communicate to management is a nuisance. The lack of accountability are signs that the business is not being ran right. I visit often and get the same items but each time it’s always a different total, food is prepared incorrectly as well as beverages. When brought to the attention of management I was told” you didn’t bring the food back” not I apologize we will remake the food. I was shocked to hear that because I didn’t save the bagel with cream cheese that I wouldn’t be offered the correct items. The manger suggested I should have called the establishment or driven back to the location, as if I don’t have enough to do in a day. There is a high turn over of workers which isn’t surprising but the fact that they don’t receive adequate training falls directly on leadership.

I had an interview at this location and the manager made me feel very uncomfortable. I got asked “How soon will I quit if I get hired” “One call and that’s it”, if I’m busy and can’t pick up my phone then that’s no job for me? I mentioned how I can only work part-time because of my back and I got told I would eventually have to work a full-time 8-hour shift. He made me feel bad and I don’t think I deserved that, the lady I spoke with yesterday, who scheduled my interview had a welcoming personality I wish she would’ve interviewed me like she said she would yesterday.

This place is a disaster to get in and out of location wise, and the wait was very long honestly, also, we can always tell when its no whip cream, and yall just blend it inside the drink because ya effed up. Asked for 2 Bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks. Even though the tv commercials and the sign where you order in the drive thru both say the sandwiches were 2 for $6.00, they charged full price. They tried to say we were wrong. But finally charged the correct amount.

I come here once a week for a bagel sandwich. Around 25% of the time they give me a bagel with cream cheese instead that I can’t eat because of dietary restrictions. The lines are too long to go through them a second time to fix their mistake. When they give me food I can eat it’s good.

You would think that running a donut promotion would mean the freshest donuts around but at the Hazel Park Tim Hortons you will be sadly mistaken. The donuts I received were both cold – obviously from refrigeration. From the texture I would say they were at least 2 days old. Bottom line . . . disgusting.

My experience with the egg and cheese croissant was far from enjoyable. The sandwich was so hot that I couldn’t even touch it without burning myself, and the smell of the cheese was simply awful. The bread was melted onto the paper bag, and the egg looked like a cube of mold. This meal really ruined my day, and I shouldn’t have to worry about food as bad as this. Avoid this sandwich at all costs; it’s not worth the money or the effort. The only thing half decent about the sandwich was the texture of the croissant, but that did not make up for the rest of the meal. Overall, I would not recommend getting the egg and cheese croissant. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money on something better.
