My husband as of 7:40am 2 days ago went to this location. He ordered two sausage and cheese English muffins for me and only received one. Not to mention the one they did give him was cold and not cooked. He also ordered 2 hash browns and was given 2 old hard stale hash browns one of which was just tossed into the bag with no sleeve. 2 sausage wraps and they were ice cold. How are you gonna serve breakfast wraps and sandwiches and not actually cook them. Honestly a waste of damn money considering the raise in the prices. Should have just gone to McDonald’s. Update if I wanted to download your app I would have. Don’t tell me you wanna make it right then send me a link to your app.

I have not eaten at a Tim Hortons in a long time and I have to admit that I was surprisingly pleased with this location. The drive thru line was crazily long so I went inside and ordered. The girl working the front end was pleasant and helpful. Ordered the steak wrap lunch combo and it was very good. Also got some Timbits to go. Will definitely return to this location. The wait time was not long at all. Ate my meal and still beat out some cars that waited in line while I was dining.

Don’t go here!!!!!! I ordered an iced capp. I was given one with a hole in the cup. It spilled all over the inside of my truck. Also ordered a steak and cheese sandwich. It was all wadded up in a bag as if it was a used piece of chewing gum. They played it off like it didn’t happen and I didn’t receive a refund or any empathy/apology. Now I’m left with a mess inside my truck.

This drive through takes at least 20 minutes every single time. Doesn’t matter how many cars. They are so slow it is shocking. The last time I was there I ordered a sandwich on a biscuit. When I got the sandwich it was on a muffin. I parked and went inside to get it corrected. It took 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me only to find out that they are out of biscuits. They never told me this and decided to just give me something I didn’t order.

has to be the worse Tim Hortons location in the world. They NEVER get anything right. They need some serious structure. ALWAYS giving out the wrong order, or mixing orders up.
