My ice latte was barely filled to the top. Saw them hand it to another customer and obviously the customer returned it back. Problem is them at it was full barely with milk and the ice was majority of the cup. Kids are obviously young so I took it so I wouldn’t give them a hard time but do better towards the manager. Won’t come again

Ordered cappuccino and decided to try new avocado on toast. After I pulled away from window, noticed that avacado was smeared half on and off sloppy. Also, the top was partially burnt and when you picked it up the bottom was not toasted at all. I ended up throwing it out. This location at one time was customer oriented. Not anymore.

It’s really not that difficult to not smash a Boston cream donut, and put NO sugar in the coffee. It’s an app order how hard can it be? And how hard can it be to be kind to your customers at the drive thru window? If you hate your job that much, leave it.

Their staff is horrible. There a big white lady with the worst attitude who has a smart mouth. Worst coffee I’ve ever had from tim hortons and I go to this location everyday. I asked for a caramel macchiato with sugar and extra caramel. It’s usually sweet. I can’t even tell you what they actually put in my cup because its disgusting and I can’t even drink it. Instead of remaking it she gives me a hand full of sugar and says “next time you need to add more sugar” and literally just walks away from the window like she succeeded at something. Its ghetto and Im just tired of the staff at this location in general. Nasty customer service.

First off how cute are these donuts! Secondly the service at this location is excellent, friendly staff and my coffee was perfect! The lady at the window with the green nails was so nice and polite even made time to chat. Great job, we will come back soon.

The bigger lady at the drive thru window was rude! She was rushing me at the menu and telling me she has a line behind me. When I got to the window she had an attitude. She did not tell me thank you or have a nice day and when I asked for napkins she closed the window. I came back around and she asked the guy to hand out the order because she didn’t want to deal with me. All because I had some questions about the menu. Sorry for the inconvenience and I did apologize to her but she still was rude. Now I’m leaving a review.
