If I could give zero star I would do it. I’m Italian and of course not an English native speaker but I always order everywhere and everybody can understand me. If I’m not clear they ask me to repeat. The girl at the drive through literally laughed at me making me feel stupid for just ordering a cappuccino instead of a macchiato or whatever they had. I felt discriminated. I canceled the order and drove away. First and only bad experience with Tim Hortons, I never go back to this shop and maybe I’ll go to Dunkin’ or Starbucks next time. Go elsewhere guys.

They need to retrain every single last person there I work across the street at Mercedes benz so I frequent this establishment alot and it’s always the same issues nasty attitudes the food sometimes are prepared poorly they just throw your items in the bag any type of way my co worker asked for extra cream cheese on a item he order and the put a ton of cream cheese on there like they were trying to be funny this place is a shame

Second time driving thru, and the 2nd bad experience. The first was just the wrong donut. This time, I ordered a bacon, egg, cheese sandwich and coffee. What they gave me was 2 old fashion donuts and a coffee. Also, handed them a $20 and they gave me back $8 and some change. Seems like they tried to rip me off. They won’t have the ability to do that again.

Tried ordering a dozen donuts in drive thru. Girl on speaker says no, I can order a max of 3. I tell her I want to place 4 orders, she says ok fine I can get 6 donuts. I tell her I’m ordering donuts for 7 people and just need 12 donuts.. she says “fine go ahead”. I start to place my order and she says “you can’t pick the donuts you can only get an assortment”. So I just decided I will go somewhere else. She then decides to stare me down as I go past the window with her hand on her hip. Lol what is happening?
