Overall, wasn’t horrible. You can tell the crew is new as they were all asking how to do a lot of things. My mom’s iced coffee was supposed to have 2 cream and 2 sugar. They first made the wrong size and when they transferred it, i’m pretty sure they just filled the extra space with more cream. It was like drinking creamer from the bottle. Otherwise, the food wasn’t horrible.

Warning! DO NOT PAY WITH A CARD IN THE DRIVE THRU – This location will take your card during the drive through, not give it back to you by distracting you then lie about it, saying they don’t have it, then the “supervisor” will hang up on you when you call to insist they must have it somewhere and to please check again only to call back mere seconds later to say that my card had mysteriously “just been turned in” — yeah, probably by the employee who tried to steal it. SHADY!!!

Absolutely Terrible! Coffee was so bad!! We ordered inside and after 20 minutes of them say oh were going to start on your two sandwiches in a minute they never started them so we just got a partial refund…. there was 3 workers who were mean. It wasn’t like it was busy there was maybe 2 cars in the drive threw that got there after us (inside) and they got there food way before, and then a few other cars came threw and still no one started our food.

Literally just sat in your drive-thru for 25 minutes and still didn’t make it to the pay window. Once I got to the speaker was told there’s no eggs tried to order two different sandwiches and was told there was no chicken ready was not offered a wait time was not offered a wait time for pre-made egg bites ordered a turkey club croissant to be told there’s no for science randomly ordered something that you actually had and then sat in line for another 15 minutes before finally pulling off….

The biggest thing at this location is staffing. To be clear it’s not generally the workers, it’s the scheduling/coverage of shifts, the workers are doing their best given the circumstances. The orders are right it just takes a lot longer than it should to fulfill them.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the store was very clean and organized. My food and coffee were great as always so all around no complaints here lol. I definitely recommend stopping in here for some great breakfast items.

The girl at the window made my ice cap Supreme with NO cool whip or caramel I told her it was supposed to have it and I wad charged for it she proceeded to argue with me and say iced capp supreme does NOT come with cool whip or caramel &she would not do it I finally say whatever and stick a straw in it and she says well i could of added it until you put the straw in. I won’t be back paying more for coffee not getting what YOU ordered when the menu you ordered it correctly and then they argue with you great start to my morning will go to Dunkin from now on I’d rather make the drive.

Traveling back to Columbus on I71 I just had to have TH after being south for a week. I used the GPS and was taken 10 mikes from I71, but felt it was worth going out of the way. Ended up at this TH (Orange St.)and was not at all happy with my breakfast.

I love this place! I come here every morning for my coffee & donut. I love the staff they are all so friendly. They all work so hard! I came in one morning they only had two people working on a FRIDAY! They still gave the best customer service ever. Thank you Tim Hortons 🙂

I come here everyday and never been treated the way I was today !!!! I order a large ice Capp the gentleman goes to hand me a medium and I advise him I ordered a large rudely says this is all we have and I said well I paid for a large so rudely rolls his eyes and asked to give me refund and the other gentleman kindly shows him where the large cups were so he remakes it and it’s dripping with it everywhere hands it to me and then gives me a evil look and sticks head out drive their window to stare evil at me worse customer service ever and I will be coming to speak with management because this was unacceptable on many levels the picture was after I had to pull over wipe everything off cup myself and my car which now my seats are stained
