I love their donuts their food is okay in my opinion mainly breakfast for me they’re kind of small they don’t have very well parking areas because it’s so small but other than that they’re really good and really friendly and nice their location is close to downtown and they’re right across from the hospital

I live in a different town and will not go to our Tim Hortons. I love this Troy location! I always get the same thing and it always tastes the same way!!! Plus its always fast friendly service! I did 4 stars on atmosphere, because their floor was sticky the last time I was in there.

I used to be a loyal Customer but will not be going back, I keep hoping it will get better but am usually disappointed. Iced coffee is inconsistent, either burnt tasting or overly sweet, rarely get a good one anymore ( ive even had one with no ice in it!) they don’t mark cups so when I order multiple iced coffees I have to taste them all to figure out what’s in them. Today was the last straw, ordered a medium and was handed a small, told them what I ordered and the girl told me the cups just look weird( it was clearly a small cup) you can’t charge people for mediums and give them smalls just because your out of that cup size! I’ll spend a few xtra bucks to get a good tasting coffee from now on

I stopped by the Troy Ohio Tim Hortons. Brenda waited on me. She really left an impression on me.She is the kindest most thoughtful, helpful worker I have ever met. I think it’s rare to find workers like that. She has been working there for 18 years! Hope management realizes what a gem they have.
