We came in with our 2 kids. The people working were so polite and helpful! Jocelyn, Chyenne and Rodger were on it! From the drive through to the people inside; they were helpful, tentative, food was out fast, hot and correct. Honestly haven’t had an experience with fast food like I have here. 10/10 will always come back to this Tim Hortons and hopefully I’ll get to see them again! Hopefully management sees this and gives them a raise. Those 3 deserve one.

We were waited on promptly by a very nice lady. She was awesome to try and make a special requested tea. Our food was good and quick. The low rating was due to another employee who was on a major rant and yelling at other employees. She was very loud and disrespectful to the others. It made not only our table very uncomfortable but I could see the other table was uneasy also. Shame really because it was like the other workers were immune to her behavior and trying their best to do their jobs. I think she may do this often from the way they tried to ignore her.

This location has really stepped it up the last few months. They did consistently serve watered down cappuccino from not refilling the machine… but since getting new staff a few months ago its been wonderful! Drinks are always perfect now and the staff is all extremely friendly.

I was at this location June 21st 2023. The ladies were short handed. The woman with red hair that waited on me was fantastic and helpful even though what I believe to be the manager was very nasty to her. She was rude about a grub hub order and smacked her hand on the counter and berated the woman helping me, right in front of me. Huge thank you to the sweet employee up front. To the manager (?) shame on you for treating your worker so badly. I understand being short staffed but there is no need to embarrass your workers.

Good service. Ordered a large ice coffee and it was freshly prepared. I walked in to order at the counter. Was greeted promptly and the order was taken and it was ready pretty quickly. Not kept me waiting forever even there was long drive-thru line.

My mom and I are on our way home to the Ozarks region of Missouri, where we come from. Today, before we left Ohio, where we attended a convention in Columbus this week, I got a delectable breakfast here. We came here because I had seen a sign for Tim Horton’s in Ohio on our way to our Airbnb, and I had first learned of this Canadian breakfast/fast food chain via a video on Samuel and Audrey’s YouTube channel.
