A very comforting feel inside the place, and the lattes are on point. Some of the best donuts I’ve had as well. Customer service is a little slow, but it’s worth the wait, and employees are very kind and patient. Would absolutely stop by again, you guys have a new customer 😀

This tim Hortons has a manager on days that is the most rudest person I have ever met. I believe her name is Franny she got my order wrong and was rude very very rude she made me feel like I made the coffee wrong. I also wanted to point out the inside restaurant was very dirty. I have to drive all the way to Oregon to get coffee the right way now. This Tim Hortons would do a lot better without that manager.

This is the worst location in TOLEDO!! The GM has the worst attitude I have ever seen a GM in all of history of the restaurant I have ever been to in my whole life. Now because I gave her negative feedback she refuses to serve me I don’t know how see can do that in the first place I have never raised my voice cussed of had to be told to leave. It all started when I told her it wasn’t the kids that worked there’s fault it was poor management when my order was messed up one day this happened 3 months ago I went back early Sunday morning only to be cussed out and told she is still not surviving me unbelievable 3 months ago I said something so little and she can still refuse to serve me at what point does the owner step in I have tried to reach out over & over again

Great service here! I started making it a habit to stop in the morning on the way to work, and I’m glad I did. Drive-thru is always incredibly long early in the morning (what do you expect from a coffee shop at around 8 AM, though?) so I go inside to order, the place is always clean and the employees are friendly and fast.

For want I paid and what I got this was awful. They didn’t even put my sandwich in the panini press it was disgusting. Everything was gross minus the ice cap. The ice coffee was horrible. The donut. Even the chips tasted stale and paid over $30. They didn’t give me a receipt.

When does it drive-thru try to get my daughter a a donut for breakfast the donut was hard I ordered myself a cinnamon Maple cold brew with cold foam didn’t get too cold foam didn’t get any flavoring I got a shot of creamer and black coffee with ice how disgusting something sweet would have been great this morning Tim Hortons you have let me down I have wasted money there now I cannot get you people to answer the phone when I call I would like a refund but it probably won’t happen oh probably no response back to this review but this is coming from a customer that was at your store at least two times a day 6 days a week I will now find a different coffee shop to go to you have lost me as a customer

The day before Easter I purchased 18 donuts. 6 of them were wrong. I let it go. But yesterday I bought my husband a coffee for work and they made it wrong. When I went back up there. There was no manager. Their phone number doesn’t work.

Coffee is always great when they make it correct. Food selection has enough to choose from no matter what you like. Half the staff is friendly then there are a few that make you feel you’re speaking to a wet noodle. Those few should not be working the window or front counter.

Pretty fast friendly service at this location usually, order was right and fresh. Sometimes the line is long, and as with every other drive through the window and service area needs severely cleaned (noticed all drive-thru places service windows and area are extremely dirty nowadays). The trash outside after the service window was in severe need of attention this day. I’m guessing like most places they need more staff, but also guests could be more courteous when they see a trash is already full.
