Staff was amazing. Quick, working well together, and the manager was on top of her game, keeping the restaurant clean, but very nice about it. Instead of barking orders, she would say “we” or let me help you. Good stuff!

I ordered 2 plain croissants. The girl @ Holland Ohio loc asked again if I wanted buttered toasted. I said some butter would be nice. With the window open she turned to her coworker very rudely that now I want butter on my croissants. There was no need for her attitude. I was fine with my pain croissants

Went through drive though i ordered bagel with cream cheese and coffee didnt even have but a tiny bit if cream cheese didnt even cover the bagel and it was. Cold the the gentleman that was working in the inside was using the worst profanity i was very offended

On 2/14/23 at 1:29 pm I came through the drive thru and seen the female manager yelling and cussing out a female employee, the manager was telling the employee that she cannot go home, she (the employee) didn’t do her job the night before and that the manager came in and had to finish her job for her. The manager told the employee if it happens again then her (female employee) and another coworker will no longer have jobs. The manager was loud (I could hear her yelling and cussing with the drive thru window closed), extremely disrespectful towards her employees and extremely unprofessional towards her staff!! I have her yelling and cussing recorded on my phone. The drive thru cashier (young black gentleman, always so sweet and friendly when I go through everyday) was literally shaking when he handed me my coffee. It was so sad to hear how the manager was speaking to her employees and as a restaurant manager myself, I feel like corporate needs to get involved and give this manager more training!

I used their app to order the Take Twelve, specified the time I would pick it up, and paid for it through the app. When I arrived, the staff had no idea what I was talking about. I showed them the order on my phone, but they insisted they didn’t have the order and suggested that I ordered from another store. They eventually found the order in their system, but blamed me for not calling the order in after I placed it online. Everyone was simply rude, and had no customer service skills whatsoever! Once they found the order they said it was a franchised store, and the owner doesn’t do anything about the problem which they’ve encountered previously. They told me it would be 10 or 15 minutes until my order was ready, and never offered me so much as a single Timbit for my trouble. I went out to my car to make a phone call, and after a few minutes went back in the store. My order was ready and sitting on the counter; of course, they didn’t bring it out to me – everyone was pretty much just standing around staring at each other. I won’t be going back there again.

I love Tim Hortons, and most of the people at this location are nice when I go through the drive thru but today me and my husband went through the drive thru and ordered 5 drinks and a dozen donuts. This is not the problem the woman taking our order was nice, but upon pulling up and paying for our order we heard one of the employees complaining about our order being to big and cussing. Along with that another employee was standing around at the cash register death staring us in our car. No one should ever feel uncomfortable going to any establishment that supplies food or services and be made to feel like they’re the problem. It’s almost like the employees that complain only want to work there to be paid but aren’t willing to do the work. I understand if they don’t have some food items or enough staff but that should never be taken out on the customers. I used to work for a restaurant for 9 years and never blamed customers for business or ordering something I didn’t like to make. I worked there, I was aware of the menu, so I just made it anyway. It was my job(.)
