I had ordered a grilled cheese and had hoped for a decent combination of bread and cheese but unfortunately had my hopes too high. The bread was pretty under toasted and falling apart while the cheese was unmelted. So the two things that make up a grilled cheese were missing, toast and melted cheese. This probably wouldn’t be a 1 start review but this restaurant is hands down the most astonishing at how incompetent they are. The combination of grown adults who consistently fall short on incredibly simple and easy orders to the quality of food resembling a middle school home economics fail. This local Tim Hortons surprises me everyday that they stay open.

Excellent visit! Kind, helpful and patient service in the drive thru line. The lady at the window had a smile and was talkative and friendly! Coffees, iced latte and iced capp were all perfectly made and delicious! Donut and Tim bits were moist and flavorful. Would definitely stop again when coming through town!

I stopped there while traveling because I had heard of Tim’s, but had not been to one. I was concerned because some of the reviews weren’t very flattering. My experience was quite the contrary. The staff was competent and friendly. The food was good and the store was clean. I overheard as the person working the window went out of their way to help a drive through customer use the app to redeem rewards. I have only positive things to say and would recommend the restaurant whole heartedly.

Update: Corporate reached out and were courteous. They said they contacted the local manager, and I never heard anything else. We went back today to give them another shot. The new lady working the drive through window was very sweet, but the manager who I assume was training her was not kind. She was obviously learning and he was so condescending. One item was forgotten, but they met me at the door with it and apologized. Clearly the issue at this location is this one man.

The Bellefontaine Tim Hortons is quite understaffed, but even with that the staff pushes through! I love to come here for a sweet Iced Capp to start my day; I also enjoy a freshly baked Blueberry Muffin!

Ordered an iced latte which is illustrated as coming with whipped cream. Received it without whipped cream and was told it didn’t come with it. Will not be coming to Tim Hortons ever again.

The girl working was so sweet. Some old curmudgeon came in and was giving her a rough time andshe handled it wish such graceand professionalism. I hope management knows what a good worker they have! Food was good and came out quick.

Awesome place, good coffee and good service! There are a lot of coffee shops, but when you drink your coffee black, it has to taste good…Tim’s coffee is exactly that! Their cold brew is really good also.

People were nice which is why I have 1 star, but the store is horrible. Stopped here after driving two hours to get coffee, and ice cream. Went into restroom, which was dirty. I can understand needing paper picked up, but a dirt ring around the inside of the toilet where they havent been cleaned is grossed. My son wanted ice cream and it looked like there was nothing there. Most of the plans were empty with dried ice cream around the sides, when my son looked at it a little weird, he asked if he could go to Dairy Queen instead. There was a mop bucket by the front windows with puddles of water all over the floor but no wet floor sign out. I am not sure what is wrong with your establishment here, but hands down the worse Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too.
