Thanks to the Employees for their kindness today. I went to order a 10pk of my Favorite Birthday Cake TIMBITS. And I was at the speaker for a few minutes waiting. I was ok. They apologized for the wait. I ordered and pulled up. Instead of a 10 pack. They gave me 20. And told me I didn’t have to pay! Made my day! And their donuts always are fresh!

The quality of Tim’s has declined sharply since Burger King took over, and it shows at this one. Drive thru line wrapped around the building, employees using profanity while wearing hoods over their heads to look tough, what’s supposed to be warm food is served at room temperature, no donuts in the display cases, coffee not made properly, dirty lobby with nearly every table covered in crumbs and trash. I won’t return, probably am done with Timmy’s in general.

Staff are terrible and disrespectful. Cashier tried to charge me 2 dollars for water after making us go around because she didn’t respond. Never did i ever have to pay for water as i am purchasing other items. Manager is rude and unprofessional. Go in the morning because the afternoon staff suck like green eggs and ham.

This place was very clean the clerk at the register went over and above for my children I asked him for 2 ice waters and instead he gave my kids two bottles water that was prob close to $2.00 a piece definitely a great experience and place I will go back time and time again

We’re on a road trip and I’ve never even heard of Tim Hortons. My GF talked about it so we went and it is delicious however God forbid we asked for napkins at this one location in Columbus Ohio, the lady screamed from the back of the pickup window “there’s napkins in the bag!” We said, “We need some extra” and they just stood staring at us…

Customer service was pretty good, manager not so good. The cashier was new and in the process of learning everything but she was very nice and polite. There was a discrepancy with the price of the Applewood Bacon & Chicken hoagie. The sign says that the sandwich is $3.49 but I was charged $4.79 even though the pictured item clearly states that it is $3.49!! So I asked the Manager,Faye, why the sign stated a different price and she was very rude and didn’t give me the advertised price. I asked for the corporate phone number and she proceeded to give me a website to contact corporate as she was walking away from me. The manager was rude and had terrible people skills, she didn’t care to make me happy or even offer a legit explanation as to why there was a discrepancy. She made me feel belittled and as if I was delusional. She yelled at the cashiers and told them that they would get written up if they adjusted the price. The other staff is good but as far as the cashiers and the other workers but the manager has a negative condescending attitude. Food was good though, even though I paid more than advertised. I included the pictures of the sign along with a picture of my receipt to show the discrepancy. Don’t know if I’ll give this location another opportunity to earn my money.

Honestly we went the the drive thru. But they didn’t have the 1 item that we went there for, in which it was for the white hot chocolate. If I remember correctly they said they didn’t have any kind of hot chocolate. But to mention that we drove there from S. Murray Hill and W. Broad St. The reason we had to drive over there is bc that Tim Hortons was closed completely.
