Stopped here for breakfast on the way into work around 1pm. We were on a tight time limit but still got everything extremely quickly. The drinks were slightly delayed because one of them was accidentally dropped and had to be remade but we were still through very quickly. The employee was extremely friendly and personable. The food we had (a breakfast croissant sandwich and a breakfast english muffin sandwich) were the best we have ever had at a Tim Hortons and even the drinks, somehow, tasted better than at the locations we usually go to.

Went through drive through. I got a very rude man who obviously did not want to be at work today. I was in the middle of giving my order and he then told me to come in because it was a large order. Unfortunately i am disabled so i was unable to do so without a hassle and i told him he was extremely rude an he told me to take my business elsewhere and i said gladly and go to hell. I have never experienced such a rude representative in my life. If he doesn’t like his job. Quit.!!!! Worse customer service ever.

Came at 2pm and expresso machines down. This is our 3rd visit this week and cannot purchase anything. Unfortunately I’m ob the phone with guest services because the male working the drive thru is extremely rude and refused to respond when asked for a different drink. 100% did not want to work they are ruining this location

Worse tim hortons breakfast I have EVER gotten. My hash brown was so burnt, I couldn’t even get it out of the wrapper. My iced coffee had no ice in it. My sandwich literally fell apart as I took it out of the wrapper. The biscuit was so old and crumbly. The egg was still raw and the bacon was so burnt, it hurt my teeth when I bit in. Worst breakfast ever.

If I could give zero stars I would. The inside lobby is not open but there is zero signage to state that fact. I stood at the drive up window, was ignored, staff went around to the back, when another staff member saw me she asked another staff member to help. This staff member was so rude when she threw the window open and glared at us. I refuse to spend my money at an establishment that treats customers in such an unacceptable manner. I go out of my way to find a Tim Horton’s because I love the product and the service but this one should be closed as it Is an absolute travesty to the Tim Horton’s brand!

People should really learn to slow down and be more nice to our restaurant workers. Poor lady literally got a drink spilled down her front, all Because dude was rushing her to get his drinks and making her upset. Like it’s freaking rude to expect customer service reps and food service employees to do more then what they’re capable of, at that moment. She was literally already helping another customer that was before him. But because he was in a mood, she got wet, almost cried, and yelled at by manager.!!

I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, ohh mannn… that was the worst grilled cheese I ever had. It was soaked in oil or something and it was just disgusting… then I got a original glazed donut, that tasted HORRIBLE as well, he didn’t get the donut from the front he went all the way back and got me an very old donut!
