I stop everyday for my coffee, they use bad cream/milk or whatever they put in coffee, i ask for coffee cream and sugar they give me coffee has little things in it i complain couple times they change nothing still same thing, i’ll never come again to this store i’ll keep driving 20 minutes to get a good coffee

I always come to this Tim Hortons because it is close to my workplace – I get the same drink every time I come. A medium icecapp in a large cup with extra extra extra whip cream. I pay $2.75 for the extra whip cream every time. This morning when I went – they handed me a drink with a small amount of whip cream- I asked for it to be fixed and the employees (2 females) began to talk about me – one was saying to the other “WHAT is her problem??!!!” The other saying “She wanted extra whip cream!!” I was told they would not remake my drink but put whip cream in a separate cup, which I was fine with. Then they began to talk about me again – I set the ice call on the drive thru window and told them that I would be calling corporate office and leaving a review!! This is TERRIBLE customer service!! Something needs to be done about this!!

This is my FAVORITE Tim Hortons! Always the freshest donuts! And it’s close to my work so I’ve become a “regular”. I get a 10pk of Birthday Cake Timbits every morning. And the employees are always smiling and friendly! Makes the drive thru experience a nice one!

This is the worst store I’ve been too. The young black guy working the counter and drive thru was one of the worst employee they’ve ever had in there. I was door dashing. I go inside to pick up order. It’s laying on the counter in no bag noreceipt. The kid i should say ask me for a bag i said yes please. The employee coundnt even put the order in the bag like he shouldve from gecko. But no i had to do. I told him to do his job and not to be rude. Wow is all i can say. These young kids have no respect for anybody. I will be letting people kno not to ho to this store. Lousy customer service all the way around. This store does not deserve any stars in my opinion.

Tim Hortons used to be our go-to place for coffee, donuts and lunch. It is not good any longer. My husband thinks it went downhill when Burger King purchased the company. My daughter has twice had a hair in her iced coffee. My hot coffee has been served lukewarm. They are often out of donuts or bagels. It’s disappointing because it used to be good.

Ordered hot black dark roast.recieved a barely warm to tepid coffee gave back and requested a hotter coffee in return I got a half cup of something appearing to have cream so I gave it back and was informed that is what I gave them back I said this isn’t very hard ….. meaning I expected to receive what I ordered evidently that was viewed as unacceptable to whoever the unpleasant lady kibitzing at the window so that was my last time at tim Hortons for their mediocre fare with their very bad customer service I guess they want to put the cuss in customer service

On 3/25/23 went through the Tim Hortons drive through here at the Broadway location and we headed our card off to a blonde haired girl with black glasses, and she gave us back some random card it wasn’t even ours, we had a green Huntington Bank card, we kind of just want our card back…

I did not eat here. I ate at the Wendy’s that is attached, but I spoke to the Tim Hortons staff. They were nice but unhelpful and uninformed. The facility was AWFUL! I took my family, with little children, inside so we could use the bathroom. I really hope the cleanliness of their kitchen is not represented by the cleanliness of their bathroom. First of all, they did NOT have a changing table in the bathroom, and the handicap stall was out of order. The bathroom was FILTHY. You would think that because this building houses TWO companies (Tim Hortons and Wendy’s) that it would be cleaner, but it was worse. I asked the staff if they had a changing table behind the locked handicap door and they said no, it “seemed” to have been ripped off the wall. They didn’t offer any suggestions or apology or help. I had to change my baby on the floor of the eating area – which was also DISGUSTING. I am very disappointed in the facility.
