Walked up with my kids for a summer treat, and was told the inside was closed. However, a nice lady (maybe the manager) did not wanna let these kids down! She let us inside, gave each kid a bracelet, donuts and a refresher! Kindness is everything.

At 10am they were out of the first 3 things I asked for. I ended up ordering a sandwich and a hash brown. When I got my bag there was no hash brown. I asked about it and was told it wasn’t on the order. So, I asked for one to be added on. “Um, no, we can’t add that at the window.”

This was probably the most chaotic, frustrating, disappointing experience I’ve ever had with a food establishment. I ordered on their app thinking, hey this will make the process more efficient, but no. I got there and NOBODY except maybe one worker knew what was going on, I was told my order wasn’t showing up which of course I knew it was there since I used the app and PAID for it beforehand. Needless to say, after 35 minutes of witnessing the disorganized, overwhelmed mess at this location, they only gave me half my order. If it weren’t for the staff arguing in front of customers and the long line of uncomfortable, dissatisfied people I would have stayed to ask for a full refund. Instead I had to leave because my child was in the car and I had places to be. I will be contacting corporate about this location, in addition to ensuring I get my money back for this experience. The staff kept emphasizing hour understaffed they were, but there was at least 10 people there. If you counter in that 99% of them had no clue how to do their job, then yes, that statement is correct.. They were understaffed. I’ll NEVER return to another Tim Hortons again after today.

Lady working drive thru is a loose cannon. She’d last about a day. Asked how many oz was the large coffee and specified I’ve never been to a Hortons before (no line/not busy). She (with a bad attitude) yelled through the speaker, “How should I know, we just have small, medium, and large, now order!” No reason to return.

Needed a quick bite in morning before I traveled and decided to stop at a Tim Hortons I normally go too. Well, this morning they fell short on the quality and service. Got a simple crossaint with egg & cheese. Went through drive thru and pulled up on a very unfriendly worker….no hello, no you’re welcome after me thanking her…..just a nasty look. I was given my food and when I went to eat it….cold and old. I was already on freeway and was not going to turn around to return the cold and old breakfast sandwich. First time I had this issue, so I’m not sure if I will return or not.

I ordered food and the lady taking our order in the drive through got it wrong multiple times after clearly repeating myself. We then had to wait in our car for 20 min and no food ever came out so we ended up driving away completely empty handed after spending $28 with absolutely nothing to show for it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Every Tim hortons is like this. Such a poorly managed franchise. Will never return.

If I could give negative stars I would, the people here are absolutely terrible!! Absolutely terrible! Never and I mean never have I ever experienced such rude and incompetent staff. On Friday, my husband and i stopped by to get our kids timbits and get ourselves a timboost drink. As we pull up, the chick working the drive through started with attitude! My husband asked for honey dip donuts and she rudely cut him off and said they only had assorted, then said “well we might have some honey dip left, if that’s all you want pull around” then my husband proceeded to say “I just need a Tim boost” and again cuts him off to tell him we don’t have that. My husband already frustrated with the attitude and rudeness, said “never mind” and drove off. As we’re driving away, the stupid chick thinks this is apparently hilarious and LAUGHS at us? This was my tipping point of the numerous times I should’ve complained but chose not to. There have been NUMEROUS times we’ve gone and they were fully closed when they should’ve been opened with no sign as to why they are closed, there were times they were opened and just chose to not answer the drive thru, and just other instances of atrocious rude behavior. FIX THIS.

I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt. Everyone has rough days, but after repeated bad experiences here I am leaving reviews again. On multiple occasions, I’ve pulled up and asked for a minute to look over the menu, different reasons. We don’t usually do food, just the coffee. They have new items or limited time items that caught my attention and I want to see what they are. Most of the time, I don’t even take the full minute I ask for. Then I tel them I’m ready and I get dead silence. I sit there for five minutes occasionally going hello? Until someone finally responds. Usually after another car has entered the drive thru. This last time though takes the cake my wife stopped by and asked for a moment because she was deciding on food instead of just a coffee. The women on the speaker kept rudely rushing her? “Are you ready yet? Have you decided? Do you know what you want?” Before finally stating, “ Ma’am, we are on a timer. You can GLADLY come inside and decide what you want.” So we left. I get that employees at drive thrus have timers for how long they are allowed to take, but those usually don’t start until you’ve placed the order. Even so, you treat your customers with respect and it’s not on your customers to make your drive thru efficient. I wished I had read the other reviews first. Would have seen that apparently this location has a reputation of being pushy and rude.

HORRIBLE FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE. We just flew in on vacation excited to try Tim Hortons for the first time but the drive thru service had no patience. The first staff person was taking our order we asked for a minute to review the menu as this was our first time and he just seemed dismissive so then a second staff lady hoped on and SHE KEPT CUTTING US OFF. She had a whole attitude the whole time and kept asking us if that was it as if we were a bother to her. If you want to try Tim Hortons for the first time GO SOMEWHERE ELSE there are plenty of other ones in town.
