I buy donuts for a retail store & it’s morning meeting. Every time I am in this location, the staff are always very friendly and super nice. It is always clean and inviting. The food is fresh and they take care when I have a large order to make sure everything is packaged nicely so it gets back to the store safely. The store manager is very personable & takes pride in her store.

I’ve never really had a problem with this Tim Hortons before. But they messed up my order and when I went back to get it corrected. The lady at the desk never apologized and demanded that I take the old order and throw it away myself. I said you throw it away, it’s your mistake and she refused. She got nasty with me and said I didn’t have any manners . We know who doesn’t have the manners it’s called customer service for a reason . I did end up getting my food, it just took a long time. If they screw your order up and you have to take it back and get your correct order be prepared for a verbal combative Behavior from the front counter lady.

So I’ll start by saying the cold brew coffee was pretty decent and service in the drive through was very fast. But the donut situation is unacceptable. I ordered two donuts with my coffee and they stacked them on top of each other and the entire icing stuck to the side of the paper bag. At least put them in wax paper so the icing can be saved. The other donut at least stayed somewhat recognizable and tasted pretty fresh. I Will probably still visit this location again sometime but this is something to be aware of.

I wish I give zero stars. I ordered a medium iced coffee and a medium iced latte. They handed me a medium cup and a small cup. I questioned it and they said the small cup was a medium iced latte and that are different sizes than other iced drinks…except I have been to other locations and the iced lattes are the same sizes as other iced drinks. Also lattes cost more, so basically they are charging people more for less. I will not be going back to this location and I will tell everyone I know not to go there either.

Placed a $11 order on your app on July 22. I couldn’t make it to the store. They offer no option to cancel the order. Its not like they make orders before hand. Their helpline only offered 400 points. The equivalent of a donut. Feels like theft to me.

My bacon, “egg”, and cheese bagel was completely missing the egg. I almost always drive past this TH location, even though it’s closer to my house, to get to the TH another mile or so down the Road at Lazelle and High St. That location never messes up and they have a much better selection of Timbits (including blueberry and sour cream glazed). This location only has plain, sprinkle, and chocolate – all ew. Definitely won’t make the mistake to stop at this one again. I learn my lesson every time.
