This is one of the best Tim Hortons in Ohio. Every Morning this location is alway so busy and the employees here always so friendly and helpful trying their best to take care of your order in a timely manner and have a great service to get your food ready. Last Friday 01-14-2022 @ 5:48am I order 24 donuts and 24 muffins with a togo Large coffee and a Large decafe coffee. They took care me a timely manner. I just want to appreciate this Tim Hortons location for what they did. Thank so much, you guys make my day. I been living in Delaware Ohio for 23 years now and never had any problems or issues with this location.

The donuts were ok, but the sandwich was not that good. We got a ham and cheese. But it only had one slice of ham. Didn’t get no chips. It was like eating bread and mayo. We have had better.

Terrible experience tonight. Had the craving for donuts and went in over an hour before close, they had nothing available but chocolate glaze and honey dip. I’ve worked at a Timmy ho when I was younger and would offer to make something for a customer real quick but not here! The staff seemed annoyed we were even there. I also ordered 3 frozen hot chocolate’s and they taste sour like spoiled milk was used. This is the worst location I’ve ever been to.

Ive been to this Tim Horton’s several times and while the coffee and food have always been sub par I still came back when I craved their breakfast sandwich. This time I got 4 of them for my girlfriend and I. 2 out of the 4 sandwiches had moldy english muffins. I’ve worked in food service for over 5 years. I know that there is no excuse for this, and they didn’t even offer me a refund.

Dining room closed due to covid. Had 3 people in drive thru for orders and they refused to let us each use a coupon. Kept saying 1 per car!!Seriously if we had gone inside not a problem. They need to lighten up and work with the situation. Top it off they threw my 6 pack of donuts into a paper sack! I asked for a box and she closed the window. Terrible customer service.
