Didn’t have anything for my order, I did a mobile order and they told me I couldn’t get the wraps I ordered because they were out of all products for it. Was told I could get a different sandwich or would have to come back a different day. If I didn’t do those options I wouldn’t get my money back. I ordered a different sandwich but was told we couldn’t get it with bacon. Got to the window and nobody came to it for 5 minutes. Got my order and my sandwiches were completely wrong asked for no tomato and got tomato, nothing in my order was correct other than the muffin.

Poor quality customer service can’t even make simple iced coffee with vanilla and Carmel. Update they will not refund my money to my account. It was a mobile order. I was told to go to the store. No, it’s simple refund the money to the card as simple as that. burger king fixed my issue on a mobile order in wat less than 5 minutes.

Disappointing . I Ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich and wrap both sausages were uncooked! Looked like sick sausages. They also have on menu a mixed berry smoothie but they said they don’t sell smoothies. Unsatisfied.

Only Tim Hortons within a 30min drive. I come from Bufalo where Tim Hortons are plenty. But I’m just greatful this place is here so I can get my Timmy Ho fix since I’ve moved.

Went to Tim Hortons on Buffalo Road in Harbor Creek PA just now and was THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! I would actually give no stars if I could…..and I usually like Tim’s. We ordered 2 small cold brews with cold foam, espresso shot, and liquid sugar…..we were given 2 larges with hardly any cold foam and NO sugar at all!! The coffee was disgusting and totally bitter the worst I’ve ever had! Now to the food…..the muffins were very obviously frozen at one time and super doughy, not fresh at all. The donuts we ordered came with SO MUCH frosting we couldn’t even eat them. It was the WORST EVER experience I’ve ever had at Tim Hortons and I definitely do NOT recommend going to this location. Matter of fact, the service wasn’t even good. When we asked for the 2 sugars in our coffee we were told that it already comes with sugar, REALLY!?!??!! But when we got them, there was NO sugar at all……SMH!

I come here pretty much every single work day. The staff is always friendly, and yesterday when I went inside to get my coffee bc the drive thru line was too long, one of the employees handed me my coffee as soon as I got to the counter bc he recognized me and knew exactly what I’d order. Wow. Was coming back from NY. This location was amazing. The lady serving us was the epitome of customer service. Friendly, smiled, acted like she had known us for a while and wanted to be as hospitable as she could. She made sure we were satisfied and we left with a smile.
