The lid on their coffee cups is different in the US. You hafta tear it up and back and will typically spill some hot coffee on you or in your car. In Canada they have different lids, much easier and safer.

horrible customer service. ordered an iced coffee with almond milk and sugar and they handed me black coffee. i asked for a breakfast sandwich but it was 11:01 so they said i was too late and refused (breakfast ends at 11). manager had an attitude when i asked if they could help me.

This is one of my favorite stops when I come to town. The girl that waited on us was so friendly and welcoming. The selection was very small but then again it was just after noon on a Sunday! But they did have our favorite doughnuts! As always it was clean and so was the restroom. The coffee and doughnuts were amazing as always!
