If you want to get your order taken here, your best bet is to drive around. If you’re not sure what you want and go inside, you can stand there for several minutes until you either call to the staff to let them know you’re there, or just leave. They rarely notice a customer standing there, and if they do notice you, they ignore you.

Hands down the most poorly Tim Hortons I have ever been to. 2 other people in store and 35 minutes to take my order. Consistently get order wrong. Tell me I only paid for 1 when I paid for 2 etc. Need at least 3x meat to even resemble a normal Panini. Mostly bread.

This location has hands down THE BEST customer service of any Timmy Ho’s I’ve visited. I always customize my sandwich order, and this is the only location that ALWAYS gets it right. In addition, they also have the shortest wait times of any location I’ve visited, and the staff is always friendly. I will go out of my way to drive to Salamanca for this place. Minus 1 star for “atmosphere” because the drive-thru lane is too narrow after the pickup window, and I always hit the curb. Other than that, though, outstanding experience!

The lady taking my order was horribly rude. After waiting 20 minutes in line, the lady made a comment after everything I said. I ordered a buy one get one breakfast sandwich and she laughed and said I was at the wrong restaurant, saying I said a mcmuffin, which I certainly did not. She was beyond rude and I will not return to this location.

I went into this location on 12/14/22 to order a sandwich and drink. I go to many Hortons in my WNY and PA travels. Although this store was busy, I was welcomed by the friendly employees that took and made my order. Both Chris and Michelle were a bright spot in my day and I highly recommend taking the time to go inside this location and see the variety of baked goods in the clean and friendly environment. It will be worth it!
