So, went there this morning, yes it was very busy. Sent thru drive thru. Women had a complete attitude. Wasn’t paying attention half the time we were giving our order. Repeated out order not even kidding 8 times before we were told to pull forward. Then food was wrong, given wrong donut after again repeating it twice at the window face to face. Very unpleasant the whole time.

Oof. I normally wouldn’t leave a review for a chain restaurant but the inconsistencies of this location is terrible. I have gone two times where they were out of bread for certain sandwiches. One time they stated their grill was down. Yesterday I ordered a grilled cheese panini. Not only was the bread barely toasted and cold the cheese wasn’t melted whatsoever. I only gave it 2 stars because the staff are nice . Quality control needs to be looked into.

I’m a frequent drive-thru customer and the service is almost always very fast and the food consistent. My order is almost always accurate as well. Two things – 1. They changed their coffee supplier so the coffee is not nearly as good now and 2. If you want something actually toasted, you need to ask them to triple toast it or it will just come out warm.
