The people behind the counter were friendly and helpful, it was my first visit so I had to stop looking at what was being offered on the shelves and look at the menu. I was hungry and wanted to try everything. The coffee was rich and flavorful! We also had omelet bites with spinach and cheese that were delicious!

Definitely always a long wait at this location. They need a new speaker or better headsets for the drive thru. I have to repeat my order 4 or 5 times and it’s often still wrong. It’s sad because it gets alot of business.

Went here for a coffee date and the service was terrible. We ordered 2 hot chocolate’s grabbed a place to sit. 15 minutes later and we still hadn’t gotten called up to get our drinks. So he went up to see what had taken so long. The girl that had taken our order forgot we ordered. Then she went to get our order and she only brought him 1. So he said, I ordered 2. She was like oh I’m sorry.

If it’s any of the stores that deserve to shut down in the Rochester area, it is this one. I had to tell my order twice to them in the drive thru and then once again at the window. They still got our order wrong. This is not the first time my husband and I have had a problem from this location. Will not be coming back.
