This Timmy’s is great! Never seriously long line but sometimes do have to wait but it’s nothing to complain about. Coffee rarely tastes burnt donuts are fresh…. Gotta hurry for the old fashion plain though staff members are very nice and polite and accommodating.

This location has the highest prices in the area. I bought coffee at another Tim Hortons in Clarence and this store in West Seneca was $.28 more than the other store. I have noticed that people are realizing this because the early morning drive through line isn’t busy anymore, people are taking their business elsewhere. I realize that staffing is an issue, currently the West Seneca store moved manager , Joyce to another location and the replacement is no where near the level of her. I’ve witnessed the new manager constantly on her cellphone showing other employees stuff that doesn’t relate to business while my drink is sitting on the counter waiting for her the hand out. No urgency in customer service at this location. Bring back Joyce and get your prices in check!

I used to love starting my mornings with breakfast here but now it’s so disappointing. Ordered a pumpkin spice latte(hot) and a hot chocolate. The HC was hot, but when I got handed my latte it was room temperature. I mean brewed 3 hours ago been sitting out on a counter somewhere temperature. I was given a new one but that shouldn’t even have been a problem.

It’s OK except the different men that wait at the end of the drive thru asking for money. It’s ALL the time. I have not gone thru drive thru because of this. They just stare at you while you are trying to pay for your order. Can social services help them ??
