A disgruntled Customer
I’ve never had any real problems here until lately. Tim Hortons (in general) has it so you pay extra for certain things, like whipped cream and extra cream cheese for example. I’ve noticed the “extra cream cheese” doesn’t really do anything and it’s by no means “extra”, it’s actually typically less than what Dunkin puts on regularly. So steer clear of that, perhaps at all locations.

Go there with one on one teacher, and don’t eat. Usually order a large French vanilla cappuccino and large strawberry lemonade with no ice. No problem. Today, I was informed that they had to ” skimp ” on the juices for the fact that I get no ice but yet I still had to pay full price on a large for half a cup.

I was a daily customer for almost 2 years straight but then I’m not sure if new people were hired or what but these young adults that are working get upset because they have to do their job! So I stopped coming as much as possible and started going to Mckonkey down the road because the young people that I’ve dealt with there have much better customer service skills. I will say there are a handful of AMAZING employees that work here but unfortunately I don’t get their service enough. I admit my order has quite a few espresso shots but again, ITS THEIR JOB.

Likely the best Tim Hortons experience I’ve had. The drive-through moved quickly, the workers knew the menu, my drink order was perfect, and wrap was pretty good. Only ctitique is that the hasbrown was soggy in the middle.

This is definitely my “go to” Tim Hortons. I go out of the way just to go here. Service is always great, very clean

I get that at busy times the drive thru wait will usually be longer. But 20+ mins was a little crazy, for maybe a 6 car line. That was my last trip there. My order has been correct every time I stop. The prices at Tim Hortons seem to be getting a little expensive though.

Nothing more disheartening than watching an employee leave the restroom without washing their hands, and then that’s the young man serving your coffee at the counter. And of course, no gloves either. #hispepeineveryonescoffee

Service was bad. The girl taking the order talked so low you could not hear.

Haven’t been to this location in a long time, so it’s nice to see the renovations. Food was great, service was just as well. Thank you folks for a good impression.

For the 3rd time the staff did not give me my bank card back after charging me. Now, 4 hours from home, I have no bank card. I called and verified it’s there and the manager said she’d have a talk with her crew because there’s been a few other calls from others. Unreal. I don’t know why I go anymore.
