I ordered a coffee around the afternoon shift and I was met with a great amount of positive energy from Heidi and her co-worker Marisol. They both cracked jokes while getting me my coffee which was an amazing cup of coffee (pretty much the same quality level as the tims from Canada). You usually don’t find great customer service at tims or a decent coffee, but for the past 3 months its been great every time. Heidi deserves to be store manager!

I ordered coconut milk iced cap and I was at the speaker. I was using the app and there was a sign up that said the grill was broken. So I had to change my order. She was very pushy, (heavy white girl short black hair). Once I changed my app order I pulled forward. No one was waiting behind me. A young boy with sandy brown hair asked if my order was the coconut milk iced cap and I said yes. The rude girl gave me a 2% milk iced cap and rudely handed it off. I looked at the drink and it didn’t look or taste right. I didnt feel like arguing. So, I took the drink to Colvin Blvd. Location and they swapped out my drink free of charge. Nice apologetic crew. The app order number was, 9534 at 1:25pm.

Visited this Tim Horton’s (7860 Transit Road, Amherst, NY) at 10:27 am today (Sunday October 2nd). The individual taking the order was extremely rude (the young lady working the window was the only reason they received a star at all). When we received the bag containing the order they forgot to give the ordered bottled water. We luckily reminded them before driving away. After driving away and upon reaching into the bag, it became apparent that they also did not include the donut ordered. Definitely not worth a future visit to this location.
