Customer service was not up to part. They are making a lot of mistakes. Gloves and proper use of hairnets seem to be optional. Food looks like it is thrown in the bag before handing it over to customer. My favorite company has become really bad. Tim Horton please raise your standards again. Make sure the managers are leading their team to provide excellence just like before.

Just bought 2 milks and a few donuts from here. Poured the milk into my protein shake and heard a strange plop noise. Ya the milk was expired by a month. I wasn’t going to write a review. Was planning on calling the store to let them know to check there stock but the phone number listed here goes to a fax.

Every time i ask to have chipotle sauce put on my sandwich they never do so stop charging me for it if you can’t follow instructions this has happened more then one time !

No one at counter to serve me, I wanted a dozen doughnuts but instead of bringing box to doughnuts she would bring doughnuts to box which was about 10ft away bringing 1 or 2 at a time. They only had 4 types 2 pick from. The shelf said Bavarian cream when I got home it was angel cream. I only got 10 doughnuts because of selection and it was about wat they had left they tasted like day Olds. I miss the mom and pop place they ran out of business

Man was so annoyed with me giving him change and was rude said you count it, when I simply asked him for the amount of the actual change portion. I ended up driving off and losing my card in my car thankfully I didn’t drop it outside the car/window. We understand you don’t want to work we all have jobs that we unfortunately have to go to but kindness is free and not that hard to say hello please and thank you and not have a attitude with patrons smh . Coffee was decent.

Drive through lady needs help, she took my money after I ordered and told me to pull around to the front doors. 15 minutes later she is standing outside smoking and walks by my vehicle. I wait a couple mins later and then I decided to walk in and cause a scene. The drive thru lady tells the other employees I told you guys he was outside. Really can’t wait until all fast food is converted to robots.
