Nice place. Just make sure you say peppermint mocha latte if that is what you want or they might think you want a peppermint mocha hot chocolate, which is what happened to me. It tasted good but was too sweet for my liking

The white guy on register was being very racist giving us attitude. He give us cold hot coffee asked him to remake and was saying no we can’t so we asked again gave us coffee but still it was cold like what is this. He is not listening to us. Such a bad experience!!

This is now the second time I’ve ordered a bagel B.E.L.T and have gotten just a bacon egg and cheese instead. And this time just one egg normally there’s two eggs on a breakfast bagel. Kinda annoying. Also they are very inconsistent with the amount of cream used in coffees. The workers are always friendly though and compliment my dog when I bring her with me through the drive thru so that’s why I’m still giving three stars.

My daughter ordered the iced coffee double double and it didn’t seem like there was any coffee in it. I ordered the avocado toast and it was burnt and too much seasoning. Couldn’t even eat it. What a disappointment. Your employees that work the morning shift need to be trained. Will not be back.

It never fails when you order a coffee triple triple you get a single single or a double double. For a $3 plus dollar cup of coffee why is it so hard to be made correctly. Then when you tell them it’s not a triple triple they make it a 4×4. I’m over getting coffee from them. This is all locations unfortunately.
