Drive-thru is slow, as if there’s only one person working there. Also, I ordered an iced caramel macchiato that looked wrong right off the bat. And the whole cup was sticky when the guy handed it to me. The drink was basically milk, and a bunch of sugar at the bottom

See photo.. Asked for untoasted bagel. It’s toasted, and upon applying cream cheese, it doused my bagel with water.. look at the expiration date of the cream cheese!!!!! And their phone number is a fax!!!

I went threw the drive threw at 8 in the morning omw to take my kids to school and got a 40 pack of Timbits and a honey dip for my kids and a BLT for myself I ask to have the Timbits in separate boxes for my kids and the guy told me if I want 4 separate boxes I need to pay for 4 boxes of 10 instead of the pack and the way he said it was very rude

This Tim Hortons is hit or miss. One day the Coffee is great! Go the next morning and the Coffee taste like a$$!! That goes for everything on the menu. I’m sure it’s who’s working that day. I also ask for a little ice in my Coffee because some days it will be so hot!! I can’t say it’s great or bad. I’ve been going to this Tim’s for a long time!! It’s better than some of the other Tim’s out there. I never had to pour out my Coffee. It’s early in the morning and I need my Tim Hortons Coffee!! I tried a Bagel sandwich and it wasn’t that good. I went to another Tim’s and ordered the same thing and it was delicious!! Delaware RD and Sheridan…go in and get a bagel sandwich. You’ll thank me. Please like my review if you enjoyed it. ☕

I get the same thing every time I go. Large vanilla iced coffee 4×4. 90% of the time it has no vanilla in it and it tastes like there’s no sugar. No matter what time of day it is they are out of donuts and timbits. It’s ridiculous! How is a donut shop out of donuts. I used to work at this location about 9 years ago and it was the best Tim Hortons around because we worked together and we cared about our customers. The people there now aren’t friendly and really don’t ever seem happy. Whoever is running this place should shutdown, fire everyone and start over because at this point your business is dead. I’m sure most of their customers only go because of the convenience(including myself)
