It’s a great place for crack, and a half drankn cup of coffee . nasty . I’ve spent thousands at this place ,customer satisfaction really is still a thing guys. Pay attention and . if you’re one of those people that say eFF the Customer, you shouldn’t be working there. Consistency, it would be nice.I would love to speak to the owner because they don’t wanna make me a coffee. They don’t wanna make me decaf even tho one cup pays for the whole pot.

Worst tim hortons on transit by a nautical mile. Gave us soggy bacon after we asked for crispy so we went in to bring it in for an exchange for a new one and was berated by a few employees. Not professional at all my orders are consistantly wrong its better to make the trip up the road to avoid the headaches. Also if your diabetic dont get coffee here they will put sugar in it and say its splenda you guys have done it to me 3 times.

I went in to order donuts for my kids and the donuts I wanted had 5 in the case the Baker came to refill the other side they told me they was all out of the kind I wanted so had me pick a different donut I put my stuff in the car that was parked rt out the doors and walk back in and their the donuts was filled up (I was out the store for less then a minute) so with in 4 mins they tried to tell me that there was none even wouldn’t look in the back, although I told them I seen 5 of that donuts I I told them the Baker came and took it to refill the other side they refused to go get my donut or wait a second for the Baker to get back with it straight lazy.

The iced capps they serve are never consistent in taste and quality, usually are black and thick and nothing they should actually taste like. Supposed to be tan and creamy and somehow they always come out black and slushy. I’m wondering if they even clean their machine?? How do you explain how this is so wrong almost every time? This used to be my go-to Tims but because of the last 10 or so being so bad I will not be coming here again. Too many others in the area to risk coming here again and it being disgusting again. The tenured crew are good but the new crew members give bad service.

Omg the lady in the counter was horrible, she literally acted Like I am getting everything for free. The floor and everything was soo dirty I swear the manager or owner should be little bit concern about this place. Usually here 5 mornings a week. When the A team (the usual morning crew) is working everything is perfect. Sometimes it is not always the A team and during those times you may have a longer wait but usually still perfect. In 10 plus years frequenting this location I may have had 2 or 3 wrong orders but if you account for 5 days most weeks over that span they should get 10 stars
