So, so much for Timbit Tuesdays. First I ordered two 10 packs. I was picking up for two separate people. Anyway, he charged me full price for both, so I said, what happened to Timbit Tuesday, he had no clue so he tried to fix it, but some girl walked by and said, while walking, it’s only on one at a time. Then here’s your card and shut the window. Seriously, that’s the best you can do. I will no longer go there.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this really irked me. I pull into the drive thru at exactly 10pm and try to order 1 donut. (mind you i drove 10 minutes to come here because i wanted a donut) JUST ONE. Mind you i can clearly see through the windows in the showcase that there are some donuts left over and i get met with a quick “im sorry we can’t serve any food past 10?” Im sorry what? you are a coffee and bakery shop and are open until 11pm and the remaining donuts that im staring at AT THIS VERY MOMENT you can not put in a freaking bag and sell it to me because it’s exactly 10pm? Its not a sandwich or a bagel or anything that causes a mess. Its a donut, into a bag. This is the worst customer service i have ever possibly received that just because its 10pm the donut shop cant give me a Fkn donut that they still visibly have. I will never come back to this place and i will make sure everyone i knows goes to a different tim hortons further away thats not owned by the same people. (FYI the people working was a younger black gentleman with glasses and another white girl making the coffees)

Supervisor was rude and nasty when I went in. Order a drink and was throwing cups around and just slid my drink over and walked away and almost went off the counter. Idk what her problem was. This place has been having real bad customer service the past few months.

Food does not taste good it tastes Old and frozen junk the coffee is good if you can get a hot cup and workers are rude and come off lazy like hate job restaurants need to get there workers to respect the customer and if they don’t want to work hard and treat customers good get rid of them find new workers

Most of the items are pretty good at this location. Staff is friendly. It is a busier spot in town so wait times can be longer and they run out of things, doesn’t really bother me. However, 4 bucks for a tiny piece of burnt toast with avocado spread is ridiculous, 2nd time it’s happened thought maybe the first was a fluke but def never ordering again and lost them a star. Still overall recommend this location for all things other than avocado toast which is twice the cost it’s worth, glad I didn’t get egg or bacon on it they charge $7 for it then ,which is insane.
