We did not get our roll ups and rewards for 4 hot beverages. We all heard the scanner make the beep when scanned the app. The rep also heard but said can’t do anything since it was paid. Isn’t this cheating? How come the store do not have the authority to give the rolls and rewards if it did not work? We sat outside to finish our food and beverages but still nothing. This Timmy Ho on RT 20 and Lakeview is always good. Fast drive thru and the coffee is almost always perfect!!! Not like the other Tim Hortons in the area!! Keep up the good coffees! 😉
