The workers dropped plastic lids all over the dirty floor. I saw my half made drink placed on the floor in order to pick up the lids that were not thrown away. When I received my food and drink, I felt uncertain about cleanliness.

Used to be my normal Horton’s until today (9-10-21) guessing new hires. Very rude, argumentative with my husband giving him medium tea when he ordered large (always). Huffed and took the tea’s back, 10 seconds later gave him the 2 large’s. After getting home, I opened one to stir it up and found a bug floating in the tea. Both went straight into the sink. Never will return to this location.

Vrry nice manager didn’t get her name no tag! But this store and workers were Very nice and understand. Made my order and coffee to my liking! Lg 2,Suger, double espresso 10 ice cubes. It was made PURrrfect! The only problem it was way to expensive for me! I will only have to start treating me to one coffee a week. For some reason it was 8.oo $ for one coffee!

Originally from Forest, Virginia, visiting with my family in the Buffalo area. There are Tim Hortons all over Buffalo, and their coffee is great. We also had donuts, muffins, breakfast sandwiches. My Buffalo relatives love Tim Hortons and all our purchases while there were delicious. I especially like the cold mocha latte.

While Tim Hortons is absolutely not my favorite, occasionally I’ll get a gift card them for a holiday, and whenever I want to use up the gift card, I always try to go to this location over any other location, because the people here are literally the nicest people ever. I was just in a few minutes ago and they were patient as I’m not as familiar with the menu like a regular is, and helped me get a better deal on a meal and gave me an extra bag of tea in my tea per my request, even after I said not to, if it meant paying an extra fee.
