I’ve ordered here a few times through the app, which very clearly is not updated regularly. Twice there was indication that an item was in stock but when I get to the place they don’t have it. When that happens they offer you donuts because apparently they can’t refund you. Then you reach out to support who tells you that you will be contacted, which takes about a month if not more, but they can’t refund you either. The food is okay for a quick stop, but if you go, order as a walk in because it’s possible for you to be disappointed when you arrive.

I love Tim Hortons and I eat there at least 3 times a week. Your coffee divine. The lady charge is awesome and she deserves to be paid well. When I walk she knows what I want. I don’t even have to tell her. Thank you Tim Horton!!!

As friendly as it is delicious!! The employees are always super friendly and helpful.. I definitely prefer this style of doughnut which is not as pastry and dough like as other styles. The best one to me is the Canadian maple (both creme filled and plain) which is absolutely amazing especially if you enjoy maple syrup flavor… Also Boston cream, sour cream glaze, jelly (which is actually filled with jelly), pretty much all of the doughnut flavors are great.. have yet to try other food items or drinks… Always return customer.. decent selection for being inside of the gas station and pretty reasonably priced..

This is my absolute favorite place for coffee. The coffee is so much better than any other chain coffee shops. It’s fresh, prepared right in front of you and never tastes bitter or burnt. The timbits are also delicious. I’m not a huge fan of donuts but these are moist and flavorful without being overly sweet.

I ordered a French vanilla which was horrible an made me sick to my stomach. I visit Canada often enough to know what a hot french vanilla taste like. The one i got at your new rochelle branch tasted like cheap coffee with milk. I threw it away after two sips. Very displeased.
