Tiki Taco was alright. Wanted margaritas. Thought it was a restaurant but it is more of a bar atmosphere. Seat yourself, trivia night, pool tables. Staff….not enough staff to cover the people in there…it was busy. Margarita’s are weak. I had mine on the rocks. Very sweet, very little tequila. Shrimp tacos were good, chips were cold, cheese sauce was warm. Didn’t know what to expect, wasn’t horrible, but too many other places in Summerville to try.

My daughter and I came here to have a good meal. We never got the chance, we walked in and were told to sit anywhere, which we did. There was only a party of four in the entire restaurant. The staff chose to have a full conversation, in full view of anyone looking. We waited then we waited some more and after 10 minutes we went down the road to Sol and had an excellent meal. I will not be going to this location again and I don’t recommend you do. Laziness is a disease.

My fiance and I come out to this location for dinner about once a week. It’s not very expensive at all and the food is great. We highly suggest trying the tacos and the street corn. Occasionally, we’ll get the tamales as well, which are some of the best that I’ve had in a long time. Even when the location is busy, their service is very quick. The location is quite clean and the staff is friendly. We definitely suggest coming and trying this location at least once.

I wish I was able to rate this place a no stars at all. Very racist. I will never in life want anyone to experience the service here. I had the worst experience with a guy that claims to be an “general manger” but does not know how to make a customer satisfied or comfortable at all. I explained that I ordered birra tacos & it tasted funny so I asked for an exchange barely even touching the food. I was told I could not get an exchange or refund which was not shown in company policy & he also proceed to throw away my food so basically stole from me & kept threatening me to call the police. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Learn how to run a Business!!!

I have a great experience anytime I visit this Tiki Taco restaurant. The hosts are very friendly, quick, converse well, and can point some delicious dishes. The drinks are great two you will enjoy them. The atmosphere and everything. And everytime I leave something else good happens. This restaurant really has a good positive energy during the day.

The food was not very good, edible yes. The taco shells were tough. The beef flavorless. The chicken taco had some good flavor but not great. The avacado wasn’t ripe it was tough. The rice was super plain no flavor. No chips and salsa brought to table. Tea was too sweet and had a bad after taste. We will not be going back. Ever. To any of the locations. Bathroom was gross.

Nice for a quiet lunch. Food is tasty and prices are really great. Hubby and I had lunch, with 1 water and 1 tea.. less than $20. And I didn’t even have to get on the highway as it is in my neighborhood!! Couldn’t go wrong with Tiki Taco. And for desert.. they have Cheesecake! 🙂
