2nd order of the day, and waited 20 minutes, because I asked about where it was.

We came here on a Saturday with our family. They have a great deal on Saturdays where they offer 2 events, 2 drinks, and a starter for $20.

Welcoming and hip. Food came out in a timely manner and was very tasty. When it comes time for a refill, you take your cup to the counter. I’m not sure if they were short handed, but there were times customers would have to wait 4 minutes while their food is on the table getting cold. If this problem could be solved, service would be 5⭐ as well.

I’ve eaten at this location easily 50 times in the last year. At least once a week. Sometimes days in a row.

Food portions have really gone down hill. The past three or four times I have got food to go and was very disappointed when I got home. I would rather be charged more than to get significantly less than what you used to get. I keep trying to go back every so often to see if it improves but sadly it doesn’t. It’s better than Taco Bell but there are better options in the area.

Pretty darn good food. I’ve gotten a few things here and have always been satisfied. Meat portions on certain things are a little light and less filling but flavor is there for sure. I like the chimichanga with queso on top. It was recommended by a very sweet employee. I’ve been here a few times. Quality and cleanliness is always on point. They do a bunch of hot sauces instead of salsa. You have to pay extra for salsa. I’m not a big fan of any hot sauce other than cholula original so far. 4/5 is a good solid score. I like the place and end up here every couple of weeks.

The food just doesn’t taste as good as it used to. It’s become bland. The tables weren’t all clean and the loud grind-core metal was a little much during lunchtime. It’s also disappointing they no longer offer wheat tortillas or power-light cheese.

I hadn’t been to a Tijuana Flats in years. I went on a Thursday for lunch, asked the lady of they still were offering the 7.99 bowls which she said yes. She didn’t mention when I ordered it was a 2.00 upcharge for carnitas. No big deal, but I literally had just asked if they still had the 7.99 bowl. When my meal came it was a burrito not a bowl. The lady happily remade it for me, but since that was my first time in years that whole experience kinda just reminded me why I stopped going.

Why is the food so salty. Second location. Second try. Love the vibe but the food makes me so thirsty and refills are hard to access behind counter. Give me some way out here. Soda counter in front. Attentive staff. Something. It’s an okay fast casual spot that is fine enough

What a surprise! We were in another store and it was lunch time. We saw Tijuana Flats and tried it. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table. It was very busy on Tuesday. They have a special for Tacos. My husband had nachos and it was a large platter covered in beef, cheese, etc. I had shrimp tacos and enjoyed them. We will go again.
