The amazingly friendly staff you have, saved your rating. Great (really great) service, just ‘ok’ food. Go heavy on the sauce bar, you’ll need it! Skip the rice and beans, they felt old and reheated (visited in the noon hour, so should have been peak time)

Just your ordinary tex-mex place! The only thing that saved the visit was the employees! They were helpful; courteous; and cleaned up tables immediately! The food had great presentation bit was basically flavorless!That said, the cost of the Chimichonga was ridiculous for what you received! Thank goodness for Taco Sauce!! My wife had two tacos and thought they weren’t as good as they used to be. The chips were just ok and could have used more salt. Just not a great experience for the 2nd time while on vacation in Tampa!

Tijuana Flats is a Florida based Tex Mex chain located in Bloomingdale, FL. It offers favorites such as tacos, burritos, chips and queso, etc. The decor has colorful, graffiti-like decor on the walls. Has a very good vibe, but the dining room is smaller than most Tijuana Flats. The service here is very quick and efficient. Brung out our Chips and Queso before we decided to sit.

Food was meh. Not as good as the last time I went. But that was at least a couple years ago. Employees were friendly. Although, my daughter wanted queso, so she went back up to buy some. After getting it the girl at the counter realized she should have received it with her meal. But I was still charged for the cheese. Oh well.

We’ve never been to a Tijuana Flats before and were pleased with our experience! The cashier was super friendly and she explained everything to us! The only thing that was odd was the lack of trash cans in the dining area so I could clean up my table! I felt awkward leaving my trash, but there was a worker who cleaned everything up rather quickly shortly after we left our table!

I had a bad experience last time I had visit this restaurant and I was contacted by the supervisor couple days after. Not only did they apologize they also made it right. I will definitely be returning agian. Food is always great. I tried there steak street corn bowl loved it definitely a filler and steak didn’t taste chewy at all must try. Burritos are huge you need to try them. Chips had a fresh taste .
