Great service and food. They great you as you come in and being that it was my first time I didn’t feel rushed to order. The young lady explained things to me to help me with my order. The food was amazing and fresh so good I didn’t even take pictureslol.I know for sure we will be coming back many more times. My son’s favorite part was all the hot sauce options he was in heaven! The atmosphere was great and I love the painted ceiling tiles so unique.

It’s really hard to satisfy my New York City palat & my over-all experience when eating out, however, the staff here has exceeded my expectations each time I come for the best burrito in town! I truly have no complaints, I really like the food, the team that works here and the hot sauce bar! In fact, during my recent visit the young lady taking my order remembered me and what I ordered last time, I forgot the name of the chicken burrito but she remembered! I swear I was really impressed! I’m very loyal to what is good and this spot is my favorite. Thank you team for hooking me up every time.

Honestly, this location was good, but now it is miserable. We get it, no one wants to work retail/food, they can’t afford to ever keep good leadership. Smells like an old mop all the time, no one smiles, and you literally forgot a whole dinner bowl on a to go order with more staff than customers. You’re lucky your customer base is new residents to FL and college kids with disposable income, otherwise you’d be just like your neighboring businesses, gone. It’s inevitable, I pray for your associates and not your businesses.

Have been here several times and each time it’s a better experience. Reasonable prices, great atmosphere, friendly and fast service and the food… delicious!! I tried their double stuffed Tacos for the first time yesterday. Hands down the very best Tacos I’ve had in the past 10 years. It’s an order of two, however, you’ll only see one in the picture. I took that first bite and couldn’t put it down. Keep up the great work!

my mother & I came to this location today and first off when we walked up to the cashier, she didn’t even greet us, she only said “can I have a name”. we ate outside and not one time were we checked on, I had to go inside for a refill, it wasn’t like they were busy, it was definitely a slow time. Then as the other table of guys outside were leaving, the same cashier came outside to clean there trays THEN came to our table and asked were we finished so she can grab our trays. worst customer service at this location, very unwelcoming. never coming back here and won’t be recommending it to anyone.

It used to be better. The food is OK, but the location in New Tampa is much better. This location has removed the salt and pepper shakers from the tables and on my past two visits, the chips were all broken and a very small portion. If they are trying to cut costs, I wish they would just raise their prices a little rather than rationing out broken chips. The younger dark-haired skinny guy has been high as a kite on my past two visits. I don’t care, but his goofy antics are not entertaining. Oh- and he can’t sing, so it would be nice if he quit belting out lyrics at the top of his lungs to whatever is playing on the radio.
