The value proposition here is better than the other Mexican chains in town. You get more food for your money. Also, almost as an aside, the plastic sauce containers have lids and it seems like I can find a use for them at some point, so they’re worth hanging on to (the sauces used to set Tijuana Flats apart from their competitors, but now others offer similar varieties).

Nice, clean restaurant. It was empty so the ordering, service and receiving the food was all quick. We ordered several things off the menu and it was all good. The sauce bar is good, I liked when they offered a lot more flavors, but regardless, still good. My only issue is $12 for 2 tacos, not a fan. If they were much bigger and the flavor stood out more than other taco places, I would get it. I would come here more often if they had a full bar, they only serve beer and Wine.

The restaurant is super hit and miss, sometimes you’re in and out within 30 mins, others, over an hour. Staff is usually pretty friendly unless they are stressed due to amount of customers that have to wait a long time for their food.

Been multiple times since they’ve opened, gotten new management, etc. Everytime, my food has been cold, disappointing and stale. The workers are pleasant enough, and the restaurant is new and clean but for the price, go to Moe’s instead.

Love taco salad. And I like Tijuana flats taco salad. Unfortunately. They don’t do the Taco Bowl anymore, but I still go there for taco salad . I like the extra meat and cheese, but I don’t know if. It’s worth it. Ordering the upgrade, you don’t get that much cheese, so I just usually ordered the extra meat.
