Overall I enjoyed my experience. This was my first time eating at Tijuana Flats. I was craving nachos and quesadillas. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and I like that it came with chips. I was confused as to why salsa didn’t come with chips though. However a small scoop of pico came on the side with sour cream and guacamole too. I still ordered salsa since I didn’t think the 3 small scoops of the aforementioned toppings would be enough for my quesadilla and my nachos. The quesadilla was basic. I wasn’t that impressed with it. I wish the nachos had been hot.

Good was Luke warm. The nacho chips were cold I asked for fresh ones and the young lady told me the warmer was not working she apologized but why are you not letting people know their food will not be hot so they can decide if they want to spend money for cold food. My hard taco was just that hard and my soft taco felt like it just came out the bag.The lemonade was good though. The garlic parmesan wings were good.

Understaffed and it seems the main reason is that they’re bragging about only spending about 15% of their daily budget on Labor. Maybe you should spend 20% on labor so that you can properly staff. Give some raises? The employees who were there were doing a great job, it just felt like only 2 of them were even here. I don’t care about your margins as a franchise owner. None of us do. Properly staff so your guests have a good experience.

Place has gone downhill dramatically over the last couple of years. Very difficult to order online or over the phone most times. Just got a 10.79 Chimichanga that measured less than 5 inches. Basically an 11 dollar hot pocket. Most times we order there, we swear it’s the last time but we keep trying to relive the glory days with zero luck. After this sad, sad meal I think we may finally be done for good.

Nachos are way too salty. I won’t be going back to this place anymore. Tons of salt on nachos is a great way to land your customers in the hospital. Leave the salt off the nachos please.

It’s a sad day to write this… this particular store has fallen off so bad. They used to have a line out the door and now we walked in at 11:45 and there was one register open. The employee never smiled one time. Went to wash up in the bathroom and it was disgusting and had been out of soap for a while. The food took 20 mins for a burrito bowl and was COLD. The seat had a giant hole being held together by duct tape. Unfortunately I will never be coming back again. Do yourself a favor and drive down the road to Chipotle.

Was here today for lunch usually this a very good place to eat always fresh and good 30 minutes in waiting for my food a server comes out and tell me that they gave my food to someone else and then she says would you like use to make you some more I said I been here 30 minutes so she said it would not take that long so I said sure then she comes back out and tell me they don’t have chicken Wow but to there surprised I didn’t get angry and neither did anyone come out to apologize? Very disappointed 3/16 2023 Today okay I went back in today and it was much well most say everything was very good from entering into the restaurant until I left everything was on point and the food was so good
