Incredibly dissapointed with this location..Our experience was less than desirable as some one else picked up our order by accident. I can appreciate things happen and need to be rectified. The staff was willing to redo our order. I would have expected a sincere apology or acknowledgment of the misshap, but it appears that is not how they run business. The best part is we got it home, the portion sizes were so small, one meal was eferred to as a “dog treat”. Customer service will always be the differentiator, and in this case it was simply a complete let down for us. I would recomend cusomer service training for the entire location.

This used to be a favorite place of mine, but since management changed things have declined. The chips are stale sometimes and the service is not as fast nor as courteous as it used to be. The food is still decent, but this is no longer a favorite go to kind of place

Second time my son ordered Tijuana Flats through Door dash, even with my caution not to order again. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Not again! This must be the McDonald’s of Mexican. First time was a chicken/cheese burrito that although large enough was bland, flavorless, soggy, blah blob of whatever! Mind you, generous with the chips which were tasty, and queso, which anyone can melt some cheese at home! So today my son ordered the kids chicken quesadilla, with chips, soda, queso. Order arrived, chips- great, queso- whatever, quesadilla was a limp under cooked flour tortilla with NO chicken and what looked like a processed cheese slice inside! For $8???!!! Son took one bite before realizing no chicken and I took one bite of a piece to confirm it was trash. I proceeded to make my son some lunch and threw away the offending meal. (Except for the chips!) Maybe the dining in experience might be better because of service, ambience, but so far the food has been almost a microwaved insult to Mexican/American edible food everywhere! Sorry, never again.

There’s always something missing or wrong from my order every time we go. Especially when you get it to go and then you get home and notice. Or if you call them out and say you’re missing something all the employees give you attitude. Run by a bunch of teenagers it seems like. And the food is always half quality at this location.

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Tijuana Flatts. My daughter has danced all afternoon and was starving for a bean burrito so we placed a curbside order. When we got home we noticed it had cheese it in (which she can’t have). I called just to let them know and the man I spoke with let me know that I actually FORGOT to click no cheese even though it was completely my mistake he offered to drive over the burrito to my daughter himself! I told him he didn’t have to and he insisted. Guys this is some HIGH QUALITY customer service Thank you again!
