My first time visiting today . Upon arrival I wasnt too impressed with the outside. Maybe they haven’t had time to clean the area or keep the lawn mowed. I asked the cashier for a suggestion since it was my first time and she said the shrimp po-boy is always a hit. I ordered a half shrimp po-boy combo and half chicken philly for my daughter. The cashiet was very nice, she informed that they are working on the patio area and redesigning the place. My shrimp po-boy was ok. My bread fell apart so I ate the shrimp and bread separately . The shrimp was seasoned well. Unfortunately my fries were in my daughter’s plate. She said the sandwich was flat but seasoned good ..Not too much meat but ok for the sandwich flatness. She enjoyed MY fries. Overall I probably will try again yo see what else they have to offer to give a better review.

Food wasn’t all that. My oyster and shrimp po-boy barely had shrimp and oysters on it. On half my oyster po-boy only had two ostyers on it. The prices is a bit to much for two we paid like 55$. The cashier rude as hell. Really dengy looking place. Like the owner needs to let me go do something with the landscaping in the front the building. It’s horrible. A little TLC it would be a much better place an some new workers.

I have a jersey mikes in Hammond and this is the first time at this shop, I’m also from New Orleans and when I tell you this Poor boy hit the spot it did!!! Amazing service from the workers and management and I will be back! I got the fried chicken and shrimp 2 different orders and it was well worth it, thank you for your amazing food guys!

Their onion rings are so good. We’ve been here a few times. I always opt for the oyster poboy, but lately, they have been out of stock, so we got the Chicken and Beef Philly. Both were amazing. The combination of marina sauce with mushrooms and jalapeños was amazing. It also traveled well back home, which was an hour away. We will definitely return. We always eat our food, and then I think about I didn’t snap a picture.

The place was pretty dirty and in need of a good cleaning, inside and out, but I can let that go. It’s been several years since we’ve tried this place – I remember thinking back then that it was a bit over priced, but I don’t remember an issue with the food. So we decided to try again.

It’s a nice quaint little place, the two ladies that were working there today were incredibly nice and my food came out perfect hot right off the grill like it should be! Pretty reasonable prices too for the amount of food, I’ll definitely have to return and try more
