Have gotten takeout from here many times, and it is always delicious and fresh. Our go-to’s are usually the Aloo Ghobi or any of the many curries. We get the samosas every time, and they have some delicious desserts as well. They also offer returnable containers for delivery and takeout, which I’m a big fan of.

I’ve ordered to-go from Tiffin South Philly a few times now and have never been disappointed! The food is absolutely delicious. The Paneer Tikka Masala is a crowd-favorite. The lamb roganjosh is so well-seasoned. Everything is always fresh. The guy working at the front is so friendly. Absolutely love this spot!

I LOVE Tiffin! I don’t care if it’s “authentic” because this take on Indian food is delicious. It’s rich, much less acidic, and has a less intense mixture of spices than other Indian places. If you love traditional Indian takeout with lots of cardamom and oil you may not like Tiffin. It tends to the sweeter side but I would eat that Baingan Bharta every week if I could.

We are working our way through all Tiffin locations and so far, this location and Bryn Mawr, PA are tied for #1. Nice, quiet location in South Philly. Mostly take-out and delivery which worked out great for us as we had the whole restaurant to ourselves! The service was friendly and efficient and the food came in pretty metal bowls. The mango lassis were great, as usual, and the Paneer Makhani was delicious. We also tried the Onion Bhaji also, which was lovely. The bathroom could have been cleaner but overall, we enjoyed it.
