Tievoli Pizza Bar in Palatine is a newer establishment making Italian pizzas, appetizers and deserts. I tried a thin crust and Sicilian slice.

Grand Opening success! I don’t normally post reviews but I told the owners I would post and recommend their restaurant. The unique pizzas, panzarotti, garlic knots and desserts were absolutely amazing! So much more to try on their menu too. The decor and atmosphere are tastefully beautiful – even my son said it was the coolest bathroom he’s ever seen. Give Tievoli Pizza Bar a try, you won’t be disappointed and I’d just love to help support a local Palatine business. Hope you love it as much as we did!

Pizza is delicious! The dough is crispy on the outside but chewy on the inside. The pizzas however were a little greasy. My main reason for giving this establishment a 4/5 instead of 5/5 was due to the price. It is overpriced for what you get. You can get a large deep dish pizza for the same price at other places. The other frustration I had was that they do not offer free water and you need to buy bottled if you want water. I did not want to pay for water, so we bought coke instead. They have a large markup on beverages. The soda came out of a small fridge that was not cold enough. When I have pizza, I want ice cold soda or water. There is plenty of room on the side to put in a soda machine with complimentary water. For the above reasons, we will probably go back but only to order take out as I was not expecting to spend $10 on coke and sprite that come in a can, slightly colder than room temperature, and no refills. People get thirsty when they eat pizza and should not have to spend so much on beverages.

Sexy pizza bar oooh lala. We ordered the classic cheese and pickle ranch. Both were delicious as were the truffle fries! We will be back to try more pizzas

I tried the Hell Raiser and it was incredible! Their dough has great crunch with great flavor! The decor in the restaurant is very modern and cozy! Gio the owner is a great guy! He is a true master. I can’t wait to come back and try more of the food!

Had takeout – sausage and peppers pizza – it was fantastic. Flavorful and just the right crust. This will be our new favorite pizza spot. The inside decor was very cool – even pizza box was well designed. A real gem for Palatine. Bravo!

I enjoyed the Sausage and peppers pizza with beet salad, both fantastic. The place and staff were welcoming. We ordered the fried dough and tiramisu to go, the fried dough was great, but the stand out star was the tiramisu, it’s legit. I’ll go back just for that.

Delicious! We tried it out as a part of Palatine’s restaurant week and so glad we did. We got a large cheese pizza, garlic knots, and truffle fries. Everything was fresh and delicious. We’ll be back, so glad this place exists in Palatine!
