I ordered the #4 Che Thai and it was made quickly and in a fairly large cup for $7. I think that’s a fair price because boba is also usually $7 but this was more filling than a regular boba drink.

Should’ve read the reviews before coming here. All those 1 star reviews aren’t wrong. Everything they sell here is way overpriced. They’re cutting even more corners for the sake of higher profits. Those black pearls in the drinks are now whitish gelatin balls. Are you kidding me? False advertisement!

(as of 11/25/2020): This place gives you a LOT for your money. We ordered quite a bit, see picture for the show. The che is amazing. The coffee w/ jelly is AMAZING and strong (the best I’ve had) and the cup is reusable! The quantity of coffee to ice is like 90%+. You’re paying for the drink, not ice. 🙂 The owners are great and friendly. The food is both owned and created in store as well as supportive of smaller groups that can’t get a shop open (like the banh trang cuon). Overall this is a definitely go to stop if you need a small pick me up and a good kicker. The price is great and the are is full of amazing jems! Stop by and support your local businesses!!!

Just bought 2 of full cup large size of sugar cane drink today without ice for $13/cup – total $26. However, turned out 2 large cup with full of ice which normally for $8.50/cup. Never known known until got home. Disappointed !

We came during a weekend that the mall was celebrating Tet. There were a few people waiting for their orders. A sweet young lady took our order of 5 drinks. Business picked up not long after we came. After 25 ridiculously long minutes, our sugarcane drinks and durian & soursop smoothies finally were done. Seemed like they were processing other people’s orders who came after us. Anyways, after we left, patrons were still milling about the checkout area awaiting their drinks.

I spent $21 there and asked for an extra foam cup. The owner charged me another 50 cents for the cup. I didn’t mind paying 50 cents, but I didn’t feel happy about it. They were so stingy. I would never return to this store.

Watch out for “custom amount”. They seem to over charge you for using credit card even though they do not tell you this. Reminds me of vendors pulling one over on tourist.

02/02/20 New owners!!! The same ones that now own Banh Mi #1. Same ladies working at both Banh Mi #1 and Thach Thảo. The customer service is so much better now. Highly recommended authentic Vietnamese che shop.

The One And Only One
This place is way over price end of Dec. 2022! Much more expensive then in the restaurant. They didn’t list the price so after an order #14 and #16 they charge us $24 for 2. Will not come back again unless they list the price.
