This was my first time eating here. The service was beyond what I have ever had before. The French onion soup was to die for. This was the first time I ever tried that kind of soup. The cheese sticks were awesome. And the famous prime rib hhhmmm the words to describe it. All I can say is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. The food was served quick. We ordered our appetizers and it was only a couple minutes and they were brought out. About the time we finished the appetizers our main course was brought out. All the waitresses and the bartender worked together. I was beyond impressed with this restaurant and would DEFINITELY recommend anyone to stop and have an amazing meal. I’m already wanting to go back.

Great old school steak house feel. Not a chain so you can expect a little local charm. Would highly recommend. Little pricey but not so much more it takes away from the experience. Good service. We had a waitress and 2 others making sure we had drinks and checking on the table at all times.

What a great atmosphere and excellent service! We sat beside an actual fireplace with a roaring fire that the wait staff tended to. Hanging plants and candlelit dinner lighting accentuated the authentic woodwork and high ceilings that I can only compare to the great hunting lodges of the Norwegian culture.

This is a great family owned restaurant. We have been coming here 20+ years. They have something for everyone. The staff are alway very friendly and helpful. The service is always great, although sometimes slow if it’s very busy, but the wait is well worth it. We will absolutely return here we always have such a wonderful experience!

Good burgers. Nice presentation. Cute bar and restaurant. We got a booth close to the bar and exit but there seemed to be more rooms of seating elsewhere in the building. Not my favorite place to eat in Georgetown but I would recommend Thunderbird to friends. They had a selection of beers, wine and cocktails. Thunderbird also offers sweet potato fries or French fries. Within walking distance of a ton of places.

We had a reservation, for our first time going here.we sat at the door while employees walked past but never offered to seat us for over five minutes. The menu isn’t very extensive in choices. The food we decided on was not very good I had veal parmesan that was very rubbery textured and heavily breaded.
