We came across this by accident and are very glad we did. Excellent beer menu and elevated dining menu. There even was one meatless dish that was grilled fresh vegetables and made the person in our party with dietary restrictions very happy. Schnitzel and mashed potatoes were really good. Throwback is an incredible Elkhart Lake must with a quaint ambiance for fine dinning and a cozy antique bar near a fire place. They have a dynamic, modern menu that has a unique deconstructive take on classic dishes with moderate pricing. I enjoyed Sals, then the Elkhart Inn and now, this is my favorite.
