We are excited to announce the opening of Dothan’s newest restaurant, ThreeSixty kitchen+bar, located inside of the DoubleTree by Hilton Dothan.
Dothan is a southern corridor to the Gulf, where peanut fields collide with the Emerald Coast. This new restaurant concept seeks to provide guests with an innovative and comfortable dining experience. ThreeSixty kitchen+bar is derived from global fusion inspiration, with a nod to the hotel’s location on Dothan’s Ross Clark Circle. The concept is an Americana fusion of Land and Sea. We take traditional, well-known dishes from the south and fuse those dishes with worldwide flavors.

First off Hank our server was extraordinary…AMAZING! He worked all the tables tonight and did an amazing job! Amazing customer service and took very good care of us! We had dinner here with some friends and the food was absolutely delicious! Chef Ryan came out to greet us and talked so highly of everyone who had a hand in preparing our meal. The wait staff was great and very friendly. The restaurant was clean and the bar had a great selection. We can’t wait to come back!

I Didn’t know what to expect coming here tonight, never eaten at a restaurant in a hotel before. However, immediately after arriving, I felt welcomed, relaxed, and comfortable. The environment is upscale but still casual feeling, the seating is the best in the wiregrass, and not very noisy at all.

Food was surprisingly good, prices were reasonable considering how good the food was and that it’s a hotel restaurant. Our waitress was great but the kitchen was a bit slow and it seemed like the place was a little overwhelmed, but it was a Friday night and there wasn’t a wait to get a table so it worked out.

Absolutely a ‘Do Over’ restaurant. Stopped by on a Saturday evening and no wait time – can’t understand why the business is not picking up – but regardless, the food was exceptional. We had the Lobster Ravioli and the Ribeye Steak – both dishes were well prepared and plentiful. Great selection of sides – very health orientated with lots of vegetable options. The ribeye was better than any other steak we’ve had in the Dothan and Enterprise area – flavorful and tender. Charred to perfection. Service staff is friendly and attentive. Prices are fair. Children friendly.
