I’d give this place 5 stars but the owner Kevin is the issue here as he is a very cheap/cut corners if I can kind of person… my husband and I eat here probably 3-5 times per week and if we have Jay or Taylor as a server and Rodrigo (sp?) on Pizzas then we will have the best experience…. We got pizza here by accident once when a previous server entered our order wrong but it was serendipitous. Since they we have been faithful customers. They recently changed their pepperoni’s and they taste like a cheaper brand than what they used to use. We also get extra cheese and if Kevin is making pizzas, the “extra” cheese looks the same as regular cheese. Money/cost is never an issue for us and we will always pay for great service and great food no matter the cost. If you go here and get pizza, ask if Rodrigo is on pizzas and if Jay or Taylor are available as your servers, please ask for them.

Arrived in Franklin Virginia Looking for a little ma and Pa place to eat. Long day of driving. Picked up a menu before heading to the motel. Review the menu and found things we thought we would like to have. Called in our order. The price quoted us was six dollars higher than the menu we picked up. After reviewing things I called back asking about the price difference. Thinking I was being polite, I asked the person answering the phone about the price difference that the little girl had given me. Sadly the person answering the second call was not near as polite. In a snotty tone I was told “the little girl” had given me the correct price and a sign on the door and explained that due to inflation…. Since I have owned 4 restaurants I understand price changes and the cost of reprinting menus. I don’t understand the need to be nasty when a paying person calls wanting clarification. That last phone call made me debate even picking up my order. But as I said, I have also owned restaurants and understand the challenges.

Thank you to all of the places that were closed where my husband & I wanted to dine at but couldn’t, because of this we ended up at three guys and let me tell YOU!!!!! Baybayyyyyy yesssss they did that thing. Jay our hostess was phenomenal, Kevin did not disappoint in the wakening up of our palates . The pricing was quite reasonable. If you have a Mother In Law that you would like to slap and get a way with it I would encourage you to patronize Three guys…. Okay okay disclaimer don’t go around slapping nobodies Mammah it was a joke and will not be tolerated!!! …. On a serious note this place is easily accessible, kept nice & clean and the atmosphere was of great pleasure. My husband and I are native NY’s and well let’s just say we were quite impressed with it all!!!! Kudos to you Three guys. We even purchased a Philly Cheese Steak as a take out for Mommy/Mommy -In Law and nope she didn’t get slapped but she might have been looking for somebodies Mammah to slap!!!! I’m short go for it !!! You will NOT be disappointed

Our waited was very nice. They were crazy busy so it was a bit of a wait for the food. The food was delicious. We ordered a medium pizza and had to take half home because it was huge.

Okay, so this the first time I have returned to Three Guys since new ownership. I have to give it just three stars due to it not being the best pizza and the atmosphere was not relaxed. It was very bright like a highschool cafeteria. The pizza was okay but not great. The pizza could have been cooked longer and served with less toppings. I felt like I got pizza with my toppings. I would suggest, lowering the cost of the additional toppings and putting less on the pizza.

If you are going to claim to be open til 9 with an open sign on you should serve customers til 9. If your workers are too lazy to complete their entire shift then you should advertise that you close at 8:30, not 9:00. When I worked in food service even if 20 people walked in 5 minutes before closing we had to stay til the last one was served and finished with their food, it’s just part of the job. It is unprofessional to claim to be open til 9 but say your closed at 8:30 cause your staff is too incompetent to finish their shift in full and they want to go home early, we all want to go home from work early everyday but that doesnt mean we can. It’s just unprofessional and shows how poorly your establishment is ran, this is the second time this has happened, I definitely won’t be back.
