This place is highly rated for a reason. The food here is fresh and top quality. You can tell from your first bite. The service is also excellent and quick. I ordered beef and chorizo soft tacos, and both tasted excellent. If I had to choose between the two, I would go for the beef. I also tried the steak bowl, and it was incredibly delicious, and the portion size is quite big too for a decent price. The complimentary tortilla chips came with a dipping sauce that tasted delicious, fresh and homemade. My only complaint is abt the pineapple juice, which clearly had added sugar. I wish they just wouldn’t add sugar to freshly squeezed juice, because that defeats the whole purpose. Overall, this is an excellent place to get a quick Mexican bite.

Best Mexican food this side of the Mississippi! Seriously though, this place has excellent homemade food, awesome vegan and vegetarian options (try the vegan enchiladas), friendly service, and reasonable prices. Everything I’ve had here tasted amazing and it’s clearly due to their love and respect of the food and using fresh ingredients. Glad to have 3 Amigos in Wilmington.

Apparently this place opened up just a couple years ago. I tried it for the first time a couple weeks ago. It was so good I had it 2 more times after that. Their food is great, I would say it’s in the top 3 of the best tacos in town. Their staff is so friendly and attentive, when we are in the mood for tacos I doubt we will be going anywhere else.

I have a surprisingly hard time finding fajitas where the veggies aren’t undercooked and the seafood overcooked, but this place nailed it (fajitas acapulco). The fish and scallops were tender and juicy, and the veggies were properly cooked and charred, so impressed.

There are a few good taco options nearby, but this place checks all the boxes. Tasty, quick, priced right, perfect portions, and has a clean casual dining room both indoors and outdoors. Really good! I got a bowl with chicken; rice, black beans, cheese, lettuce, chicken. Very filling! My husband ordered tacos that were also very good. We also ordered guacamole to go with our chips. Sooo good! Service was excellent Highly recommend this place.

Being from Cali where the Mexican food is authentic, in my opinion. Three Amigos did not disappoint. The salsa and chips were fresh. The horchata was delicious. I ordered the three enchiladas with rice and beans and I liked it. It even tasted good the next day. Three Amigos has this habanero salsa which is super hot but also good. My toddler couldn’t get enough of it. The guacamole was okay. Customer service was awesome. The cooks were amazing. The ambiance/atmosphere of the restaurant was welcoming. The prices were average not too expensive. You can dine in or outside or takeout whatever your preference. Parking can be a little tricky. Location was good.
