Dinner was wonderful. My family waited for me to take me out after working 12hrs. They treated me to dinner. Our waitress was amazing. Food was served hot and fresh to order. The kiddos was offered ice cream as a treat. They were very excited. I definitely will be back. Our new favorite place to eat.

Terrible experience tonight at Thirsty Turtle in West Palm Beach. I would give zero stars for the food if possible. Do not order steak – the meat tasted terrible. I don’t know if it was old and rotten or what happen there. It was totally inedible. They did take off the bill but still – they should jot have sold that in the first place. It’s fine to say you ran out of steak instead of trying to sell bad meat. Grouper was terrible too. Not sure what fish they were passing on as grouper but it did not taste fresh.

5pm Saturday, store was not very busy. we were seated in a high top. Numerous employees walked by us, 2 bartenders were behind the bar, 5 feet from us, joking around. No one came over. We stopped someone as they walked by and asked for a server, no one came by. Finally, after at least 20-25 minutes, a very nice lady waited on us. She did a good job, the food was very good. There are tons of choices out there, If I’m going to spend my money, I expect much better service.

10/23/22 1:45 The Hostess that greeted me when I walked in was a beautiful young lady but looked at me like what do you want. She definitely needs some training. I had to ask if there was any inside seating she said no only outside and I said OK I’ll sit at the bar and she Looked at me like go ahead. My bartender was awesome she was very attentive and every time I looked up she looked at me like do you need something. I ordered a blackened dolphin sandwich and luckily the fish was pretty fresh but it was very bland. I am used to some seasoning, warmth, butter dripping off some thing but it was very bland. My fries were OK but thick and not crispy even a little soggy. I will give them another try because we really need some options out here in Loxahatchee to eat and their new so maybe they have some bugs to work out.

Seated promptly even though it was a little busy. The server seemed nice even though she rang my husband’s food wrong. Then told him it was cheaper this way. My party ordered a meal for take out which was brought out before we received our actual meals. My meal was the blackened salmon which was delicious and cooked properly. I recommend the bacon, jalapeno Mac and cheese also. The guacamole appetizer was also good.

Service and atmosphere were fine. I had calamari, and i ate it all. My son and granddaughter liked theirs. My husband ate a tuna on rye but he said the bread tasted old. However. he’s generally a downer so maybe it was and maybe not.
